On To Something Big

I knew I was on to something BIG when I launched my new book The Keys to the Ladies Room. It doesn’t matter if I’m speaking to a man or a woman, a financial advisor or not I ALWAYS get a reaction. Men are intrigued and some make a cautious joke about “The Ladies Room” and the women perk up and want to know more. As I share the purpose and message of the book both parties immediately engage in a fruitful discussion about financial services and readily agree; a change is needed.

It’s not just the women who are tired of the way business is done on Wall Street. While women are becoming intolerant even the men have grown weary of the good old boy network and warrior methods of building a business and interacting with clients.

But what is the alternative?

In most major firms when you stray from the traditional methods you often feel ostracized or quietly considered a whack job. Let’s face it most people in the world are followers, the thought of breaking from the pack is scary and for most definitely not worth the risks, until now.

In today’s world if you DON’T make a change you could find yourself swimming upstream and scrambling to make up for potentially huge attrition.  The traditional model for building a financial advisory practice was based on what works for men. Let’s face it the business was built by men to help male advisors attract male clients. Yet today women represent 37% of high-net-worth investors, a number that is growing every day and those women are not happy. According to a study by Boston Consulting Group women are exceedingly disappointed with the financial services industry and within just three years after losing a spouse women will leave their former advisor for good. That alone can add up to some serious loss of business.

The tide is changing in the financial service industry and advisors have just two choices, to fight it and get sucked under or go with it and create a more female friendly practice“The Keys to the Ladies Room; A New Business Model for Financial Advisors” provides you with the knowledge, tools and the foundation for a new business model that will transform your business and future success. By simply using the Keys to the Ladies Room you will unlock the door to a new future filled with unlimited success and a goldmine of opportunities within the world of women and wealth.
