To create a female friendly practice that attracts more women and generates 3 x more referrals you must understand the difference between men and women. Understanding how women think and process information differently can add tremendous value to your approach with women.
There are really two key components that you must grasp:
- You must recognize women’s strengths and how they use those strengths to make decisions in life.
- You must acknowledge that just about every aspect of the financial services business was built by men to help male advisors attract male clients, non of which is really conducive to women.
When you can grasp these two important concepts you will then begin to recognize the changes you need to make in order to develop a more female attractive practice.
This is not a step you can just skim over, if you truly don’t understand the value of women then stay clear, if you try and fake it they will see right through you.
