Female Advisor Strength # 1

Ladies, it’s time to start leveraging your strengths as a woman to accomplish more as a Female Financial Advisor.  As a woman your true power comes when you are using all of your feminine strengths in every aspect of your business and life.  Therefore over the next few weeks I will be sharing with you some of the most important natural strengths of women and how those strengths can enhance your role as a Female Financial Advisor.

Strength #1: Women are Driven by a Purpose:

As a Female Financial Advisor knowing why you are in this business and what it is that truly drives you is critical to your success.  When a Female Financial Advisor is asked “Why do you do what you do?” rarely if ever will you hear “For the money” nor will you hear “For the status and prestige.” Most always women come into this business with a true desire to make a difference in the lives of others, it is this that drives your success. This purpose when coupled with lucrative income and the freedom to create your own schedule can provide a most fulfilling and ideal career.

The challenge?  As a woman working in a predominately male driven industry it is not uncommon to get swept up into the more traditional, typically male approach to doing business, an approach that does little to emphasize your strengths as a woman.  The focus of your efforts becomes the hunt, the kill the external rewards for work well done rather than focusing on that purpose that originally inspired you.

To achieve the results you want and deserve it is crucial that as a Female Financial Advisor you create an environment and build your own community that not only recognizes and appreciates your strengths as a woman but encourages you to leverage these strengths to accomplish more.

To learn more about how my Pink Office Mastermind can be that community for you visit my website – Events-YourPinkOffice Mastermind.  This program will be limited to the first 15 Female Financial Advisors to sign up so don’t miss out.
