Myth #3:
“I built a good business, why can’t I just keep doing what I’m doing and be successful?” Well let me tell you something, women have created a paradigm shift in the industry. You’ve heard the statistics, the amount of wealth that women are managing is staggering, and the reality is – women are not happy with their advisors.
If you don’t transform your practice to become more female friendly, you will see heavy attrition. Let me share a great example as to why you must consider changing your approach.
I recently coached a two-million-dollar advisor. Whatever she had been doing worked so she and her team kept trying the same approach but getting less than stellar results. Early in our coaching process I addressed their biggest challenge:
“What got you here is not what‘s going to get you there. The landscape has changed and so must you.”
After learning my process and incorporating the tools she began sharing her message and immediately started getting a response.
She started by sharing her story, then she moved on and started using her compelling introduction. She began presenting her new process and events that were totally designed for women. The response from her female clients was overwhelming. For the first time ever her drip emails were actually getting replies, they were astounded.
But what was even more important was the energy that the advisor felt. It was like for the first time she truly felt authentic. Her message was purposeful and meaningful – and it was that confidence, that passion, that purpose that fueled her. She wasn’t out selling, she was on a mission to convert as many women as possible to this new model, to this new way of managing wealth.
That is the true power of this program it’s not just about transforming your message, it’s about transforming and re-energizing YOU.
