A Coaching Checklist – What you can accomplish

Every coaching program is different and there are thousands to choose from, how do you determine which one will provide the greatest impact on growing your business and enhancing your life?
As a former advisor I too used a coach even before business coaching was popular, while I gained some value in the process it was more about the structure and accountability, not really things I needed. I realized that as a female advisor most of the coaching options available were constantly squeezing me into a traditional more male oriented model that just didn’t feel right, make this amount of calls, say this, follow up with this, ask for this …. It all seemed so canned, but what were my options?
As a former athlete I know that the right coach can make a huge impact not just on leveraging your talent but on re-energizing you, inspiring you to want to be the best you can be in all aspects of your life. The right fit can make all the difference.
That’s why my coaching program is very unique and to be totally honest definitely not for every advisor.
I would consider my practice a coaching boutique for advisors who want something new, something different, something authentic and totally personal. My expertise is women, helping advisors understand what needs to change and how to make changes that are in line with who they are and what they believe, that’s what women clients want…total authenticity.
My model creates an outline, who you are and what you believe is what fills the canvas. The message, the meaning, the personality is all you.
As for structure and accountability? I believe when you design your business model in a way that is totally in line with who you are and what you love the need for accountability is replaced by an internal drive that motivates and inspires you each and every day.
